NIPA (National IT Industry Promotion Agency) provides a variety of support for early settlement and promotion of the Certified e-Document Authority(CeDA)
which was formally adopted following the revision of the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce in March 2005, and plays a leading role in realizing the paperless and simplified business process and practices of the industry.
